Job description, responsibilities and duties

Export & Logistics execution team is responsible for all international customer orders from order placement to completion with acting as the liaison with all parties (Customer, Warehouse & Transport Provider, Authorities) to ensure a smooth and complete transaction until Invoice creation and posting.

*Preparation of daily reports to secure Supply Chain replenishment processes under consideration of customer requirements
*Steering of all relevant new product implementation (NPI) processes
*Handling of Certificates of Origin and Certificates of Analysis
*Support of export & logistics execution by IDOC monitoring, assortment handling and processing ad hoc requests
*Support on exception handling & claim handling
*Drive continuous improvement of service and process performance as well as support improvements through identification of best practice, harmonization and knowledge management

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced
SAP - Advanced
Microsoft Outlook - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

*University degree in Economics, Finance, Supply chain or Logistics area is an advantage
*Min. 3 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain/OTC area or in business center
*Fluent in English language
*Advanced MS Excel knowledge
*Experience with SAP & Outlook
*Flexibility and adaptability to changes
*Accuracy and attention to details
*Team player with Professional attitude
