Team Manager of Financial Masterdata & Bank Accounting (m/f)

  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 000 EUR/month
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

*Transform the company and department strategy into reality (translating Global Business Solution Strategy into department and team targets)
*Leading a team of approximately 15 people (prepare and monitor targets, performance, and development plan of the team members)
*Monitoring team performance and ensuring continuity of process operation
*Managing related global and regional projects (process improvement, implementation of applications and tools, integration of Merge/Acquisition, SAP changes and transitions)
*Safeguarding adherence to compliance in all aspects (ISO, GDPR, Labour law, Finance & Accounting standards, Tax etc.)
*Interacting and supporting various stakeholders from different business and functions
*Maintenance of the whole financial master data of controlling and General Accounting department in SAP (E.g. creation of cost center and profit center, General ledger, assigning accounts to balance sheet structure and etc.).
*Reconciliation of Bank Accounts and support Treasury with various activities.
*Intercompany transaction: Validation of internal order, invoicing and posting processes.
*Monitoring the process KPI’s (Key Performance Indicator)

Personality requirements and skills

*Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related financial areas is an advantage
*Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance Department
*Minimum 2 years of experience with leading people
*Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present in a clear and concise manner
*Ability to think clearly, analyse quantitatively, problem-solve, scope business requirements, manage risks appropriately and effectively
*Results oriented person with a proven track record of on-time project/program delivery for large, cross-functional projects with global stakeholders
*Experience working and contributing to project, building schedules, managing issues/risks, establishing communication plans and stakeholder management
*Proven ability to handle confidential information appropriately
*Courageous and willing to stand up for his/her initiatives within appropriate guidelines
