Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Work in young dynamic professional team
* Active communication with the users & business partners via hotline or email
* User and System administration
* System licenses administration
* Project access permissions administration
* Resource management administration
* Help desk service and creating tickets
* On-demand system / process support and training material update
* Change request management and implementation
* New system feature testing activities
* Improvement projects and process/tool consultancy
* Executes all other tasks as instructed by the direct supervisor or business partners

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

* University degree or higher education with school leaving examination
* 1-2 years of previous working experience, ideally in the respective field
* Active English (intermediate to upper intermediate) is a must
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (intermediate/advanced excel knowledge is an advantage)
* Customer oriented approach with great communication skills
* Accuracy & attention to detail • Structured way of working with flexible approach
* IT background is not mandatory but can be an advantage
