Information about the position

  • Place of work: Bratislava region, Trnava region, Nitra region (The job requires travelling)
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 500 EUR/monthSalary based on employee seniority. + 20% bonus.
  • Start date: The sooner, the better, based on the selected candidate capacity
  • Contract type: full-time, trade licence

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Prepares technical solution assigned to the Key Account Team, prioritizing total impact on team productivity and profit
• Proactively scopes the technical solutions that are needed in order to address customer requirements
• Recommends solutions that optimize value for both - the customer and the firm
• Secures input from all involved solution stakeholders within the customer´s firm
• Adapts solutions which are necessary to ensure appropriate support for the involved stakeholders.
• Coordinates closely with Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager and Project Manager
• Secures, from customer technical staff, commitments needed to ensure a deal’s “technical close”
• Provides coaching and professional development to team-member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills
• Monitors Customer Support dep for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process and alert the Key Account Team about potential risks of deal closure

Personality requirements and skills

• Experience as a Technical Support Engineer or Solution Support preferably in the surveillance industry
• Ability to effectively utilize resources to solve issues and create solutions for customer and partner needs and problems
• Skilled in customer relations, strong business planning and implementation skills
• Ability to maintain a positive company image and brand
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
• Well-developed written and verbal communication in English and Slovak language (native) preferably
• Ability to maintain a positive company image and brand
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple projects in order to meet the proposed deadlines
• Ability to conduct well-organized training sessions and convey technical information clearly at all levels
• Intermediate/advanced computer skills
• Willingness to travel
