Job description, responsibilities and duties

Ideal candidate will work in an integrated photovoltaic power plant development, equipment manufacturing and construction company, with its headquarters based in Hungary and Slovakia.

New colleague will be in charge of construction site administration of solar PV, which is located in Sümeg; 20 km northern from Balaton lake and 150 km from Bratislava/170 km from Budapest.

Solar power plant completion is targeted to September 2021. After completion, new colleague can potentially relocate to the office team either in Érd or in Bratislava.

Work scope requires a physical presence on site during the working days.


Solar Power Plant Construction Administrator will be responsible for administrative records related to construction, ensuring targeted reporting flow and will be part of multiple communication streams.

Administrative responsibilities:

• Daily entries in the official e-log (E-Napló)
• Evidence and record keeping of employees and suppliers on site
• Ensuring Health & Safety Environment policy, controlling of certificates, organizing the Health & Safety training for new employees/suppliers
• Accountability for updating and safekeeping of documentation: Health & Safety Environment policy, General Safety policy, Environment Protection policy
• Checks of supplier’s working contracts and their registration in social insurance company
• Cross-checking of internal entries with data logged at site’s reception
• Assistance with receiving and releasing goods, samplings and equipment and accountability for tracking in company’s tools
• Evidence of bills of delivery and invoices

Reporting responsibilities:

• Consolidation of reports from multiple suppliers, project managers and executive management
• Budget and its risk reporting
• Construction timeline and its risk reporting
• Stock control reporting

Communication responsibilities

• First point of contact on construction site, information distribution to international stakeholders based in Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Germany etc.
• Participation in daily calls, creation of meeting minutes, chasing agenda items and reporting deadlines
• Assistance with bilingual English-Hungarian support, translations of documents/communications
• Daily communication with project managers, executive management head contractor and subcontractors
• Creation of work protocols for new ad hoc tasks and processes and ensuring seamless communication distribution to all impacted stakeholders
• Creation of office documentation in MS Office (mostly MS Excel)
• Creation and running of paper-based files

• Fluent in English and Hungarian, both oral and written
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office, with focus on MS Excel
• Great career opportunity for candidates with completed studies in engineering sciences (specializing in electrical engineering, energy management, mechanical engineering, process engineering). Technical education is welcomed, however, not a must.
