Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Introduction to the SAP HCM module and the SAP SuccessFactors system with in-depth training into the world of SAP
- Analysis of client requirements and identification of potential for optimisation
- Creation of solutions and first business blueprints
- Training of clients in Human Capital Management solutions
- Adaptation of our clients’ processes and their cloud/on-premise systems
- Programming (ABAP, JavaScript, Java) and development of apps to create an “Intelligent Enterprise” on the cloud platform and in SAP
- Summary of results and solution approaches
- Cooperation in small teams with our qualified and experienced consultants

- The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 2,600 for higher technical school graduates, € 2,800 for Bachelor graduates and € 3,000 for Master graduates, plus an annual bonus based on agreed targets. The actual salary may be higher depending on your specific qualifications and performance.

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Higher technical school graduate with very good grades and/or ongoing/completed computer science degree (e.g., business informatics, software engineering) with good to very good grades
- Very good programming skills in at least one programming language (Java, JavaScript, ABAP)
- A structured, solution- and quality-oriented way of working
- Perfect knowledge of Slovak or Czech (at least B2) and very good knowledge of German and English (at least B2)
- Willingness to travel throughout Europe in order to support our clients personally on site
- Ideally first professional or project experience
- Personality who strives for excellence and exceptional achievements
