Job description, responsibilities and duties

About you:

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Associate, also called an Icebreaker, to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing teams! As a Business Development Associate, you will help our sales team to meet highly ambitious goals. You will be responsible for conducting market research, help define the target audience we reach with our services, promoting company products and building client relationships. You will also prepare materials and analysis needed for efficient sales.
The details of the job are precisely defined and you will work with a team that can clearly define the expectations and desired outputs. Your work week:

● Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
● Manage customer relationships.
● Create a list of companies that need our services, based on defined criteria while using advanced analytical tools.
● Identify and develop new business opportunities.
● Create a list of people in companies that need our services and provide predefined data and information.
● Provide support to the sales team on all aspects of the sales process, plan and manage the sales activities of the sales team, specifically conversations management, meetings planning and documenting the sales process.
● Create proposals and presentation materials.
● Work closely with the senior management team to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of the progress of the sales team.
● Ensure that all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner.

What qualities are important for us?

● At least 1 years of relevant experience as a Marketing or Sales Specialist.
● Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
● Experience in the banking, insurance, consumer finance, wealth management, or entertainment/betting sector is an advantage.
● Experience in dealing with Linkedin, Google search and other contact and data sources.
● Excellent communications and strong presentation skills.
● Experience with emailing, marketing and sales techniques.
● Error-free spelling and cultured B2B writing skills that build credibility and trust.
● Fluent in Slovak/Czech and English, additional language would be an advantage.
● Being an independent, determined, and structured individual, renowned for having an ultimate degree of work ethic, with ability to work well in a team and independently.
● Being comfortable with working with Excel, Power Pont, Word and GTDs (e.g., ClickUp, Asana).
