Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Group IT Manager is responsible for the IT policy of the organization both hardware and ERP system
- Managing the organization in the IT field (including organizational and administrative parts).
- Proposing and consulting the IT strategy and the resulting objectives with the members of the Management Team
- Developing the IT objectives and objectives of the company.
- Ensure that the cooperation with the other departments always runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Being inspiring for the team.
- Developing an IT mindset and daring to take risks.
- Follow up, train, evaluate and support the team members
- Based on the business strategy, and together with the Management Team, determine annually which IT challenges need to be defined in the coming year.
- Based on the challenges, determine which budget is needed to achieve them.
- Follow up and manage the budget.
- Being the point of contact for the ERP/SAP landscape within the organization.
- Analyze and evaluate existing processes and software in continuous interaction with the process owners and key/end users.
- Search for the right external partners to support us as much as possible.
- Ensuring good security of our network.
- Monitoring the load on our network.
