- Motivate and lead a team of payroll analysts
- Manage payroll activities
- Suggest improvements in order to ensure timely and accurate payroll processes
- Possibility of participating on implementation of payroll processes in new countries

Personality requirements and skills

Requirements for candidate:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and leading finance teams
- Experience with managing payroll team is an advantage
- Experience with Spanish payroll
- Advanced level of English language
- Spanish, Italian or French language is an advantage
- Strong leader
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with SOX compliance is an advantage
