Job description, responsibilities and duties

For dynamic, international company we are now looking for a candidate, who will be part of AR (Accounts Receivables) team in the retail department. Your job scope will look like this:

- Take care of your own assigned portfolio of clients and business partners
- Communicate with the clients about unpaid invoices
- Setting the payment process with them
- Providing overall client support regarding to any financial and administrative tasks that may occur
- After all of that you will analyze and resolve any discrepancies in the quality and regularity of financial transactions

Requirements for the employee

Requirements which we need from you:

- At least 3 years of experience in administrative, customer care, finance, client facing roles etc.
- Knowledge of English language at B2/C1 level and German language at B2/C1 level
- Huge advantage is experience within in corporate company
- Analytical thinking, proactive personality, communication skills
