Job description, responsibilities and duties
Working with a R&D department I am seeking for Catia Leader to work on Automotive plastic parts.
As the Design Leader you will be responsible for:
Coordination of the international team
Ensure product design and architecture to meet the customer quality requirements , manufacturing requirements as well as all costs and timing.
You manage functionally the internal CAD resources to fulfill the design
You build and update the technical documentation
You manage the daily technical flow of information with CAD office and the suppliers according to the standard as well as communication with internal departments and customer
You will be responsible for the Design and release of new project including

Experience with leading team for at least 3 years
Minimum 3 years of job experience in automotive industry -
Experience in plastic parts design is needed for the automotive industry (CATIA V5 / NX -3D Solid / 2D)
Basic knowledge thermodynamics, electrotechnic, program management
Good communication and presentation skills
Fluent English
Knowledge of SAP as advantage
Creative/Innovative and economic thinking
Experience with leading team for at least 3 years
Minimum 3 years of job experience in automotive industry -
