Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a Finance Analyst, you will take part in the Record-to-Report department which is one of the important heads of accounting that calls for diligence and accuracy.

Your position will focus on group treasury reporting activities from the point of cash flow:
• Treasury forecasts (payroll, incoming payments, taxes) -you are able to analyze and consolidate these data from your colleagues from other departments (PTP, OTC, TAX, Payroll)
• Responsibility for regular and ad hoc reporting activities - daily reporting of data from departments, quarterly, annual reporting
• Continuously improve reporting activities
• Manage the access database for reporting purposes
• Participation in projects related to reporting
• Ensure good data quality and accuracy of reports
• Collaborate with the COE compliance team in reporting compliance

Requirements for the employee

Finance, Business Administration, Management or relevant

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

What do we expect from potential future colleagues?

• 3+ years of experience in the finance department (SSC environment preferred)
• Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA, CIMA, ACCA, ACA –OR– MBA is recommended, not mandatory
• Experience with MS-Office, SAP, Oracle & Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), BPO
• Strong experience in global operations including acquisitions, joint ventures, financial
planning, contracts, etc.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Demonstrable ability to effectively balance financial and operational factors and analyze complex business issues to create appropriate solutions in a timely and prompt manner
