  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 700 - 2 200 EUR/monthThe final salary is depending on your professional qualifications and experience

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Willing to organize transitions and transformations within the newly established Business Centre in Trnava? We are looking for you to drive the deployment of the right structures and processes that will support effective business transformation.

You will join the GBS Transition team and report directly to the Transition Manager.

Your main responsibilities will be the following:

• Develop, maintain and update detailed project schedules to assist them in meeting their commitments towards the program’s goals and objectives
• Analyze the projects’ progress and performance against the agreed baseline by monitoring projects’ cost and schedule performances indices using multiple techniques
• Analyze the projects financial data to identify, monitor, forecast, and control costs to ensure that they remain within the approved budget
• Prepare and present regular progress and financial reports to GBS Transitions leadership and other stakeholders
• Work with the project teams to develop recovery plans to get the project back on track, when necessary
• Identify and track issues that are important to the projects under their supervision
• Ensure that every issue is properly addressed, communicated, and brought to successful resolution
• Organize regular progress meetings with each of the regional team or with a larger audience when issues span across multiple projects; maintain and distribute up to date minutes of meeting and project logs
• Identify, evaluate and mitigate risks; document and maintain a project’ risks log

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

Finance, Business Administration, Management or relevant

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

What do we expect?

*BA/ MBA degree in economics, business administration, management, engineering, or relevant
*2+ years of experience in finance and accounting
* Previous experience with transition or project management (setup, planning, and management of a multinational function/corporation)
* Professional accountancy Qualification or HR certifications(SHRM) is preferred
• Experience of process consolidation into an SSC environment is a plus
• Proficient User – Microsoft Project and Visio, Microsoft Office
