Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for fluent English and Italian speakers with experience in the finance field!

In the position of Senior Collections and Disputes Analyst for a new team your main responsibilities will be:

• Manages accounts receivable portfolio of complex customers / self-billed customers assigned to her/him ensuring customers
• Timely and actively contact external customers regarding unpaid invoices, and do the regular follow-ups
• Analyzes reasons for non-payment / reasons for disputes with internal/external customers and find the root causes
• Analyze miscellaneous items / open credit balances of customers, and actively communicate with the customer to allocate them properly / to process refunds
• Prepare and process accounts reconciliation in communication with customers
• Communicate with external customers/dispute resolvers monitor and escalate delayed resolution of disputes
• Prepare regular and ad hoc analysis of your portfolio situation, define priorities for contacting customers
• Propose further actions for top collectible/disputed/miscellaneous cases
• Process shifting of uncollectable items for legal actions / ensure processing of write-offs

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Italian - Upper intermediate (B2)

Microsoft Excel - advanced
SAP - advanced

• University Degree in the accounting or finance field
• 2 years experience in Collections & Dispute
• MS-Office, ERPs (SAP), and process knowledge
• Good Excel knowledge
• Analytical skills
• Fluent in English and Italian language
• Strong communication skills
