Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsible for the management and coordination of operational tasks with suppliers for post SOP phase and spare part project phase. First point of contact for Golde Operations and other internal customers seeking support to address:
• Supplier performance issues
• Daily Procurement business activities of Operations
• Supplier relationship development, maintaining positive relationships with already existing suppliers
• Negotiating terms of cooperation with suppliers
• Keeping KPI´s – savings, rebates, cost avoidance, working capital
• Active communication with internal applicants
• SAP administration : maintenance of prices, PO approval, etc.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1)

Driving licence


Number of years of experience


Personality requirements and skills

• Advanced in English is a must, German language is welcome
• Experience in similar position and the automotive industry for at least 1 year
• Ability to develop relationships, presentation skills and communication skills
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize
• Flexibility
• Ability to negotiate
