  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 200 EUR/month
  • Start date: ASAP

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Main duties and responsibilities
•Transaction data handling with defined SLA and quality standards
•Communication with customers in written and via phone with defined SLA (response time) and quality standards
•Keeping records of customer´s interaction and contacts
•Researching required information using internal systems and resources
•Communication and coordination with CS Team members, internal departments, and GB offices

Principal accountabilities
• Maintaining the work shift hours:
• Early shift 7:30 - 16:00; Late shift 10:30 - 19:00 (8.5 hours, lunch time included)
• Working during the weekends and public holidays

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

• Fluent knowledge of English (verbal and written)
• French language advantage
• Strong communication skills - pleasant style
• Customer Service orientation
• Computer literacy, knowledge of MS Office

Nice to have:
• International experience
• Experience in Customer Service or similar
• third language is an advantage
