  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 800 EUR/monthThe base salary for this role is based on your previous experience and the added value you would bring to our company. Additionally, you would be entitled to annual bonus up to 10% linked to your personal objectives and company results.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a recruitment specialist who provides a pro-active and professional approach to all hiring requirements and who has a strong knowledge of the IT/tech market, particularly in Slovakia and Austria. Provides a bespoke service to the needs of the business with targeted head-hunting of passive candidates to providing support, guidance and training to colleagues and hiring managers. Uses a variety of hiring mediums to source candidates and has a strong commercial approach.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of all recruitment needs and provides a full-cycle recruitment experience to all candidates. Has the ability to balance priorities and manage expectations of stakeholders. Focuses on building a strong talent pipeline within the organisation and works closely with the HRBP to develop an end to end approach that also factors in succession planning and retention plans.

A member of the HR team who works collaboratively with the wider team to share best practice and supports on cross team projects when required.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• conducting a robust market mapping exercise to understand market conditions and how to source key talent
• provides market information and insight to leaders
• covering whole recruitment, screening process of candidates
• coordinating the hiring process of candidates
• keeping in mind commercial process - uses most cost-effective methods when hiring individuals
• Good level of IT (HRIS) literacy is essential along with experience using Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel & Power Point, familiarity with databases and current software packages

Location: Slovakia, job requires business trips to Vienna (Austria).

• Proven track record as a professional Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• Excellent understanding of the Technology market
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, presentations etc)
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills

English language is a must
German language would be an advantage
