  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 600 EUR/monthfrom 1600€/brutto (based on experience)

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Timely and high-quality preparation of documents for payroll processing by an external supplier in accordance with all regulations and laws
• Records of the complete personnel and master data of the entire life cycle of employees in individual systems
• Personnel administration and preparation of labor-legal documents
• Collaboration in the creation of overviews, analysis and reports (KPI)
• Monitoring legislative changes and requirements
• Creation of company procedures and work instructions
• Providing advice for employees in the field of labor law and wages
• Cooperation in various HR projects (HR initiatives, company events, teambuildings, job fairs,...)
• Support of Employee conflict resolutions and disciplinary procedures
• Company internal communication
• Responsibility for proper archiving of personal data of employees and correctness of data in the human resources system
• Strategic hiring and recruitment of positions of key managers and specialists
• Cooperation in the creation of educational programs, training content for managers, implementation of workshops

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

• Solid understanding of all people related processes, procedures and Slovakian employment law.
• Strong IT Skills, including the use of in-house databases and Microsoft Office applications.

• Demonstrates a positive attitude, drive and motivation to deliver.
• A strong communicator, able to foster and maintain excellent working relationships with all colleagues across the business at all levels.
• Calm, level-headed and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines exercising good judgement and sound problem solving.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a wide variety of activities at the same time.
• Ability to work flexibly to cover shifts where required.
• Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure/cost of poor quality.
