Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Responsible for the complete management of the quality department in a large manufacturing company
- Management of the quality department, both from a technical and personnel perspective (quality engineers, residents and metrologists)
- Ensuring product quality in accordance with client requirements
- As a Q representative, responsible for the resolution of customer complaints, and also the management and Q of suppliers
- Responsible for continuous quality improvement.
- Sets and implements stable and permanent corrective actions
- Responsible for quality project management
- Participates in the development and implementation of new projects within production
- Participates in internal, external and supplier audits
- Responsible for Budgeting and Forecasting
- Responsible for subordinate skill development, in-servicing, interchangeability
- Responsibility for development plans, training and coaching of team members

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Driving licence


Experience in the position/sector
