Job description, responsibilities and duties
With immediate effect, we are looking for an Assistant to Site Manager for the site office of the permanent establishment of Framatome GmbH, o.z. in Mochovce.
In your role as Assistant to Site Manager you will be part of the team located directly on site of the Nuclear Power Plant Mochovce.
Your tasks will focus on:
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Administrational support on site
- Organization of meetings
- Management of work permits and site access
- Translation of documents
- Organization of business trips
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Managing of petty cash box on site
In your role as Assistant to Site Manager you will be part of the team located directly on site of the Nuclear Power Plant Mochovce.
