Job description, responsibilities and duties

Framatome Controls s. r. o. is continuing to develop and grow and will hire a further 20 people at its Bratislava site in 2022.

In your role as Sales and Business Development manager for nuclear I&C markets within Framatome Controls s. r. o., you will be responsible for the development of our market in Central and Eastern Europe with special focus on Slovakia, Slovenia and Czech Republic, but depending also on business needs.

You will be in charge of the following tasks in your area of responsibility:
- Perform business development and sales management for Central & Eastern Europe, special focus on Slovakia, Slovenia and Czech Republic and act as an I&C key account manager for Slovenske Elektrarne, CeZ and NEK.
- Contribute to market and product development
- Assess market needs, develop marketing and bring-to-market strategies
- Approach respective stake holders and manage customer relationship
- Manage opportunity pipeline
- Manage offers within Business Unit I&C
- Book order intake

You will report directly to the Sales Director for Central and Eastern Europe in the Instrumentation and Controls Business Unit.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards : starting FROM 2400 EUR gross/month* + benefits

The above mentioned basic wage is defined for candidates with junior experiences.

Number of years of experience


Personality requirements and skills

- Electrical Engineering or Automation Engineering with a high interest in business development and sales; or an advanced degree in business, with outstanding knowledge of I&C topics and markets as well as a very strong networks in those markets.

- You are experienced and connected in the nuclear community in CEE and have significant experience in Instrumentation and Control in Sales positions.
- Longstanding professional experience (more than 10 years) in I&C or I&C related business with increasing responsibility and a proven track record

- Good knowledge of I&C and I&C Markets also outside Nuclear Business Development and offer processes experience
- Excellent standing in the nuclear community in the respective bases country

- Language skills: Slovak native/expert - English fluent - Other Slavic languages a plus
- Willingness to travel
