We are looking for an IT Service manager who will take care of our newly created IT Support team and its activities.
Your responsibilities:
To ensure the quality of service provided and establishing a solid working relationship with clients
- Project management:
- Possessing extensive knowledge about the technical and organizational details of systems and/or services work in the support project
- Communicating frequently with the client
- Solving organizational issues
- Participating in discussions and the process of solving issues
- Collecting and analyzing information about the services provided
- Preparing proposals for the development of service delivery
- Team management:
- Close cooperation with HR and Recruitment team - initiate new
- position posts for service engineers
- Participating in service engineers interviews
- Setting up team work based on projects needs
- Full responsibility for the Support team
- Marketing and pre-sale:
- Participation in marketing and pre-sale activities
- Thought leadership - participating in meet-ups / conferences on behalf of company
What skills are needed from you:
- 3+ years of experience in management of support and maintenance team in software project
- Knowledge of ITIL
- English skills: C1+ level
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
