Account Manager (Romania & Hungary)

  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 300 EUR/monthSalary conditions are subject to agreement, depending on skills and experience.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your agenda will be built up of

60% client facing agenda and customer support
- communication with clients while presenting our products and answering client‘s questions, ensuring customer care on a highly professional level (no cold calls at all!)
- taking care of day-to-day operations, communicating with clients, preparing podcasts and webinars
- handling day-to-day follow ups with clients and complementing their understanding of the product, resolving any ad-hoc client issues

25% creative content creation and presentation
- creating blogs, webinars, podcasts and tons of content in the field
of investing and personal finance, with the goal to increase the financial literacy among clients and prospective clients
- increasing our brand recognition by attending B2B & B2C conferences, events as a speaker, host or guest of e.g. panel discussions

15% business development and sales support
- supporting existing B2B partners, cooperations and campaigns
- following up the the requirements of B2B partners, providing them with a training on Finax products
- marking down potential improvements and streamlining the processes

Information about the selection process

- full-time employment or other type of contract – upon agreement
- combination of remote work (extensive home-office) & work from our head office
- based in Bratislava (ROSUM - Bajkalská 19B)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Hungarian - Proficiency (C2) and Romanian - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- financial background, interest and overview in financial markets, fintech and local (ro) market products & development,
- amazing communication and organizational skills, responsible approach to work
- active knowledge of Romanian (C2) and Hungarian (C2), either English (B2-C1) or knowledge of Slovak (B2-C1) language is required, while any other CEE language (to, pl, cz, hr) is a huge advantage
- previous experience in customer care / helpdesk and professional communication is more than welcome
- precision, flexibility, ability to absorb large amounts of information & open-mindedness, approach of a team player with independent attitude towards tasks and responsibilities, pleasant behavior.
