Information about the position

  • Place of work: Hodžovo nám., Bratislava, Slovakia (Job with occasional home office)
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 200 EUR/monthVery competitive. Total monthly remuneration and other rewards depend on education, working experience, language skills and contract type.

  • Contract type: full-time, part-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are offering you interesting position in our company providing advisory services for mostly international clients.

Your work would represent tasks related to the real estate contract management for our international clients (investors), related to real estates located in Slovakia, such as:

- support of the investor of the real estate portfolio
- administration of the real estate documentation (financing, final inspections, guarantees and collaterals, appraisals, cadastre documents, plans, lease contracts, sub-lease contracts, insurance, etc.)
- cooperation with the facility management (organising maintenance and repairs, inspections, etc.)
- communication with the respective institutions, including negotiations (state offices, banks, appraisals, potential sellers, tenants, suppliers, etc.)
- handling of financials (indexation of lease contracts, handling of claims, credit check of lessees, etc.)
- support of bookkeeping and tax department (real estate tax, regular financial reporting, due diligence etc.)
- other tasks related to contract management

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Intermediate (B1) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

- experience in real estate contract management
- English language skills are important, German or Italian language skills are welcome
- Slovak language on proficiency level is must
- knowledge of commercial law
- basic knowledge in bookkeeping and taxes
- ability to set priorities and keep deadlines
- proactive and team player personality
