  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 600 EUR/monthSalary level depends on experience and skills of the selected candidate, the final remuneration can be significantly higher.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our newly created Talent Acquisition Team is expanding and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to take over the whole recruitment process in the UK.

Your role will be to oversee full-cycle recruiting and work independently to bring the best talent for our open roles. The position is open to support our UK office in the first place, with a possibility to cooperate on the hiring in other countries from time to time as well.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager in California, cooperating with the rest of the team, not limited to TA, this role has a real international character.
Developing a software solution for consumer goods companies, you will be recruiting profiles mostly for technical roles, from Software Developer, Business Analyst, to Project Managers and many more.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and selection criteria
- Publish job roles and source candidates via various channels
- Pre-screening candidates, planning interviews or other selection methods, participate at any part of selection process when needed.
- Active communication with candidates, creating strong talent pipelines for company’s current and future hiring needs.
- Develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with both hiring managers and potential hires.
- Participating at employer branding initiatives (e.g. social media campaigns, recruitment events, cooperation with schools, NGOs, etc.)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- Experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter (2 – 4 years) for the UK region is a must
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Work independently and ability to manage time effectively
- Fluent English skill, knowledge of another European languages is a plus
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases is an advantage
