  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 500 EUR/monthThis is the minimum guaranteed salary. The final remuneration depends on the skills and experience of the selected candidate.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Purpose of the Role:

As a Product Marketing Executive, you are responsible for making your products “fly-off the shelf.”

This role is not about doing demos or presenting product features (although these may sometimes occur). Rather, this role is the conduit between the business and the product team, translating feedback and requests, understanding requirements, discussing roadmaps and future developments with customers to help the product team to build the solution that adds the most value to our current customers and potential future ones. The Role also transmits information back out from the Product team to the Sales and Services teams, aiding with RFP’s, Customer requests, future developments and ensuring both teams have all the information and documentation that enables them to perform their roles to the highest standards.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

This role can be split into two key communication pathways:

Business Teams to Product Team

o Discussing market and customer requirements, in addition to roadmap development plans, with the Sales and Services teams who are on the front line interacting with our customers on a day-to-day basis
o Facilitating Customer Advisory Boards and capturing feedback and requirements
o Consolidating and validating requirements based on perceived value and effort to translate back to the Product Owners.
o Liaising with product development team, business analysts and key functional developers to communicate key requirements and help to build out the user stories for all features.

Product Team to Business Teams

o Communication of current roadmap and development tasks back out to the wider business
o Aiding with the completion of customer requests and sales cycle information, as well as starting to build the knowledge bank of standard answers.

Personality requirements and skills

• Knowledge needed to produce business documentation around system usage and identified key selling messages
• Knowledge of the CPG industry
• Documentation – ability to produce high quality business and technical documentation is a key requirement for this role.
• Good command over spoken and written communication
• Skilled in creating professional and engaging presentations.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into material that can be presented to a range of skills and knowledge
• Working with both technical and non-technical teams simultaneously
• Strong technical skills; comfortable with business-to-business software.
