Job description, responsibilities and duties

EuroCoc, the leading online provider of Certificates of Conformity in Europe, is looking for an experienced candidate to join our customer service team.

Who we are looking for:
Do you want to communicate in French language on daily basis?
Do you enjoy professional interaction with customers and building long-term relationship with them?
Would you like to be responding to our French speaking customer´s inquiries either by telephone, email or company chat?
And also are you good at administration, recording details of interaction with customers/comments/complaints to the internal system ?
Are you a team player and do you want to work in international team?
Are you keen to learn new things and would you like to build international network?

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

French - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

Your skills and personality:
- Excellent customer service experience as we are proud of the service we provide
- Professional communication skills in French and English language (Italian is an advantage)
- Confident and pleasant manner, ability to build solid relationships
- Accuracy and attention to details, good organizational skills
- Logical thinking, business orientation
