Sales Excellence Specialist (Salesforce)

  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: From 2 200 EUR/month*Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 16,67% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Does Salesforce sound familiar to you? Have you been working with this CRM before?
We are looking for a new member of our Sales excellence team who is confident in this area, is able to support sales teams and motivated enough to set up the sales standard via Salesforce.

What will be your agenda:

- Work on standardized usage of global CRM across the organization – goal is to get to the “gold standard” and roll-out the standards to countries.
- Come with proposals for improvements in sales process and workflow
- Cooperate on projects defined at division level.
- Act as a Business Key User for a global CRM tool, provide a business support for ESET offices and propose such changes in Salesforce that will support it’s effective & user friendly environment
- Identify the needs for a change in other business systems and prepare an understandable business specification in order to keep business functionality of CRM
- Support new countries in CRM implementation from a business perspective. Cooperate on preparation of gap fit analysis and provide feedback and guidance with regards to global standards.
- Support countries in having a solid overview about their fulfillment of global sales KPIs (e.g., request preparation of the related reports & dashboards in Salesforce)
- Participate on sales campaigns (define campaigns´ goals, conditions for Partners/offices, roll-out to countries, request dashboards, set promo codes, etc.)
In cooperation with Reporting specialist help to prepare understandable dashboards in Salesforce
- Prepare and keep up-to date training materials connected with CRM; roll-out to countries (to Business Key users) and train people within HQ.

Personality requirements and skills

What do we expect from you:

- University Degree (business degree preferably) or relevant experience
- At least 3 years of relevant experience on similar position
- Experience with usage of CRM as an end-user
- Experience with systems for managing indirect sales channels (reseller portals, ordering portals, marketing centers, certification portals etc.) and/or experience with lead management in CRM is an advantage
- Experience with change management is a plus
- Fluent English (C1 level)

Brief description of the company

The beginnings of ESET date back to 1987, when two young programming enthusiasts, Peter Paško and Miroslav Trnka, wrote a program for the detection of one of the world’s first computer viruses. They did not know that they had created one of the most successful antivirus programs in the world – dubbing it NOD.
