  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: From 2 700 EUR/monthPerformance bonus 2 times per year up to 25% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).

Job description, responsibilities and duties

ESET is building a team for Corporate PMO and now we are looking for a new colleague to be an advisor in agile implementation.
The agile coach’s ultimate goal is to provide agile teams with the right knowledge, tools and training so that they’ll be able to use agile to its full potential. We need support on team level, but at the same time we are at the tipping point so join us on our journey to business agility to evolve our core competencies.

Job Description
- Coach teams in (scaled) agile framework and help them to adopt agile practices
- Develop standards and requirements for the agile process to improve the company software and services delivery processes, and functioning of the company units, evaluate wastes in processes
- Supports continuous improvement of company’s business agility, and drives the required implementation steps
- Provide training to employees on the agile process and help teams navigate agile tools and software to support the transformation of the company towards lean and agile
- Encourage employee and stakeholder buy-in to an agile transformation
- Propose improvements in processes and frameworks that will further improve cross-team collaboration

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• 5 years of relevant work experience
• Deep expertise in delivering outcomes with agile methodologies in multiple clients
• Can clearly articulate client benefits by adopting agile vs water fall traditional delivery approach
• Significant delivery experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Technical Delivery or Product Management Roles
• Implementation experience of Agile scaling methods, preferably SAFe
• Experience in coaching and delivering trainings: Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile essentials, Kanban, User Stories management, and Agile Leadership etc.
• Hands-on experience with Agile Governance, Contracting etc.

• Practitioner level Agile certifications, e.g. CSP, PMI-ACP, ICP-ACC, SAFe-SPC, LeSS, preferably SAFe-SPC, or SAFe-SPC-T
• Hands-on experience on JIRA, Mural etc.
• Clear understanding and experience on Cloud Concepts, application of Cloud & DevOps of an advantage

• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, training skills
• Coaching experience and ability to influence all levels of the organization (C-Suite, Senior Business and Technology Leaders, Middle Management and Team)
• Excellent facilitation techniques to drive various types of ceremonies/events (strategy, planning sessions, refinement, workshops, etc…)


Brief description of the company

The beginnings of ESET date back to 1987, when two young programming enthusiasts, Peter Paško and Miroslav Trnka, wrote a program for the detection of one of the world’s first computer viruses. They did not know that they had created one of the most successful antivirus programs in the world – dubbing it NOD. In 1992, together with their mutual friend Rudolf Hrubý, they formally established ESET.

What started as the brainchild of a few friends has evolved into the most valuable international brand of any Slovak company. Today ESET’s NOD32 technology protects over 100 million users across the world.

This success did not come overnight. The company’s global success and growth was given a boost in 1998 with its first “VB100” award from the prestigious Virus Bulletin magazine. Since then, we’ve received this accolade more than 100 times.

Today, over 1,800 employees around the world drive the company’s success – a telling increase from 3 in 1987 and 135 in 2006. Almost 900 of them are based in Slovakia, the home of ESET headquarters.

Throughout the company’s expansion, we have stayed true to the principles on which we were founded, and we remain independent in order to continue to meet new challenges.
