HR at ESET is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner. This role will be responsible for a variety of human resource responsibilities that include new talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and talent management, reporting and any other human resource issue.

- Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit in people management agenda to help with any unresolved topics.
- Builds a strong business relationship with the respective division and transfers HR requests and solutions to/from the business unit.
- Possesses a deep knowledge of the business unit, key employees and business processes in order to facilitate changes and HR processes.
- Consults and proposes decisions in HR related topics in line with HR strategy, budget, internal policies and priorities of the business units.
- Coordinates and executes recruitment process for specific senior job positions regarding preparation of internal and/or external postings, advertisements, websites, outside agencies and any other source to recruit qualified candidates.
- Conducts Exit Interviews in order to capture the reasons and motivation behind the employment termination.
- Leads, assists, or supports bigger projects or teams responsible to meet objectives of the whole HR department.
- Communication and cooperation with international ESET sales offices in order to align HR processes and standards.
- Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management.
- Cooperates in identification and preparation of development plans for the key employees and high potential employees.
- Identifies employees ready for the promotion and rotates best talents across different functions in the organization.
- Helps to design career and succession plans for key talents and other job positions to ensure employee retention.
- Challenges the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes in order to create effective and sustainable organization.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Degree with emphasis in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration, or any other related field
- Minimum of 7 years of HR BP experience - proven experience in various HR areas of expertise
- Labour Code knowledge skills
- Outstanding customer service
- Strong business acumen
- Strong interviewing, negotiating and assessment skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (in Slovak and English Language)
- Logical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills

Brief description of the company

The beginnings of ESET date back to 1987, when two young programming enthusiasts, Peter Paško and Miroslav Trnka, wrote a program for the detection of one of the world’s first computer viruses. They did not know that they had created one of the most successful antivirus programs in the world – dubbing it NOD. In 1992, together with their mutual friend Rudolf Hrubý, they formally established ESET.
