Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are a digital technology company with two online B2B platforms for solar and recycling industries.
Our solar site launched in 2005 and has a very strong presence in the industry, with over 3 million users each year.
We are expanding and looking for new sales staff for our international team (we have offices in the UK and China, but part of our team is working remotely from many countries, such as Serbia, Turkey, India, Philippines, and others).
The Role
·Contacting companies on our website directory and persuading them to use more paid services, such as personalised videos, company descriptions, databases etc.
·End-to-end management of each customer (manufacturers and distributors).
·Customer account management - to help their accounts get the maximum buyers and maintain good relations with them.
Requirements
·Fluent English.
·Good understanding of technology, or an open mind for fast learning.
·Capable to rapidly establish harmonious relations with customers and team members.
·Experience in consultative selling or account management is a plus. Candidates who have no experience but have a good attitude will also be considered.
·Good at customer service.
·Experience in advertising or marketing agency is preferred.
·Previous experience with full-time remote work is a plus.
Compensation
·Basic salary €1,400 - €1,750 + Performance Bonus + 5% commission of all sales (including contract renewal each year of existing customers).
·Fresh graduates / candidates with no sales experience: €1,200 + Performance Bonus + 5% commission of all sales

·Flexible hours – you choose when and for how many hours you work as long as you keep to the monthly/weekly requirements (38 working hours per week, no less than 4 hours per working day from Monday-Friday).
