Customer Service Specialist with Slovak/Czech

  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 250 EUR/monthBasic salary - 5500PLN gross per month - additionally, quarterly bonus based on the performance (up to 15% of the yearly salary)
  • Start date: August 2021
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

This is a fast-paced environment where as a people person wanting to deliver for the customer you can take ownership of the call and make a difference.
The role is for a customer-focused, hardworking individual with a passion for problem-solving and providing the best customer support. We support the technology community at every stage, from students and makers, to design engineers and manufacturers. Don’t worry, you don't need to know anything about electronics! Your customer service skills and passion for learning are all we need, and we will teach you the rest!

Main activities

• Provide support, from the moment of receiving an order, and help with any upcoming enquirers.
• Answer any incoming enquirers via telephone or email.
• Internal communication with various departments in the United Kingdom.
• Support our customers and develop the relationship primarily in your native language (Slovak or Czech).
• Be part of your national team.

Candidates with education suit the position

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or Slovak - Proficiency (C2) or Czech - Proficiency (C2)
