Job description, responsibilities and duties

Since we are a small company, you'll not face any bureaucracy or lengthy approvals. The CEO is acting as the Head of Marketing so you'll get quick feedback and approvals.

Our customers come from around the globe: the USA, Canada, Europe, South Africa, India, Singapore, Thailand, ... and you will run online campaigns to capture leads and convert them to customers.

This is a UNIQUE CHANCE to learn and grow professionally as you'll help us scale sales 10x from €200,000 in 2021 to €2,000,000 in 2022 by marketing our:

– B2C PRODUCTS: You will market & sell online video courses, sales webinars, Academy membership, eBooks, and tickets for our training Program. You'll have an UNLIMITED BUDGET as long as you can sell these products profitably.

– B2B SERVICES: You will market & generate leads for our group team training solutions and international recruitment agency services.

As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will take care of selected global B2C and B2B campaigns, create marketing/sales funnels, and evaluate campaigns' performance:
– organize, plan, and schedule new digital campaigns independently
– analyze campaigns to identify and scale those with positive ROAS
– work with ClickFunnels, Mailchimp, FB Ads Manager, Google Ads, Tag Manager, and analytical tools
– create digital dashboards and spreadsheets with KPIs so you can monitor the performance of the customer acquisition campaigns
– reuse existing content (blogs & videos) to promote and generate leads & sales
– create follow-up email sequences that convert leads to customers
– create Ad creatives and A/B test different variations to see what converts best
– follow latest marketing trends and propose campaign improvements

You'll be a great git to our marketing team if this sounds like you:

1. You have marketed and sold digital products online and taken care of the campaigns from scratch.

2. You can launch digital campaigns independently... by creating new marketing/sales funnels, developing Ad creatives in Canva, and evaluating results by creating new dashboards.

3. Your English is fluent... because you will write copy for our customers in Europe, the USA, and Canada.

4. Strong analytical skills... so that you can analyze campaigns.

5. Minimum FIVE years of experience with digital marketing and copywriting.

6. Available at least 6 hours a day, 4-5x a week... but ideally full-time ASAP.

7. Long-term engagement to help us scale 10x.

As an agency, we provide tech recruitment services to clients from Western Europe and US/Canada. We also train recruiters in staffing agencies around the globe, create video courses, and train HR professionals during Live online seminars.
