Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a Senior Executive Assistant, you would provide support to the C-level executive team, prepare reports to track KPIs, coordinate projects & partnerships, as well as organize our podcast interviews, YouTube Live sessions with guests, and webinars with potential customers.

You will also help us post on our social media channels (LinkedIn, IG, FB) to get more clients to come our way.

You will be involved in most of the company-wide projects which will be a great opportunity for you to learn about different aspects of the business and how to run such a company.

While our team consists of over 50 colleagues, we will only have ONE Executive Assistant so we want to make sure you'll be a great fit:

1. Fluent English verbal and written... because you will communicate with our partners in Europe, the US/Canada.

2. Strong digital skills... because you will need to use modern tools and technologies to be productive.

3. Strong organization skills... so that you can take care of projects independently and deliver results.

4. Minimum FIVE years of experience with administration.

6. Available at least 4 hours a day, 5x a week... but ideally full-time ASAP.

- Advanced oral/written communication in the English language.

- Very good communication and strong organizational skills with the ability to take care of several projects during one day.
- Ability to work in an international environment with remote approach and larger teams.


Brief description of the company

Our company includes several customer-facing brands on international markets including Tech Recruitment Academy, Geek Recruiters, and Global Talents Hub.

As an agency, we provide tech recruitment services to clients from Western Europe and US/Canada. We also train recruiters in staffing agencies around the globe, create video courses, and train HR professionals during Live online seminars.

Our company is growing rapidly and includes over 50 colleagues from several countries.
