Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Develops and implements targets, policy and procedures
• Ensures an independent team which knows the right priorities and reports these priorities
• Reports to the Technical Manager and is responsible for the operational functioning of the process department
• Consults with other managers, supervisors and members of the board of directors
• Weekly reports during the consultation meeting to the Technical Manager
• Looks together with other departments for improvements and priorities LEAN Management
• Responsible for certain investment requests and tracks these
• Supporting role during price calculations
• Communicates with customers/suppliers
• Supports other departments
• Remains interested in the latest developments in the field of process and maintenance
KPI’s:
• Objectives process
• Backlog assignments engineers (PDCA)
• Follow-up on KPI’s
• Support from other departments
• Shopfloor meetings
• Resources: contracts, budgets and CAPEX orders
• Trainings (members)own + team
• Evaluations
• O.E.E. roll out according to road map
• O.E.E. targets (focus on First Run OK)
• Support and consultation with superior
• Support from external companies
• Improvement proposals
