Job description, responsibilities and duties

- responsible for end-to-end process related to customer issues
- communication with external customers and colleagues
- negotiate and resolve claims to ensure customer satisfaction
- handling of requests, complaints and claims

working hours 9:00-18:00

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

French - Advanced (C1) and English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- fluent in English and French
- excellent communication skills
- ability to interact with customer by phone and e-mail
- ability to handle pressure
- able to to manage complex situations
- capable to identify process gaps
