  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 4 300 - 7 300 EUR/monthsalary will be set based on experience and agreement

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Job Description

- To prepare detailed migration schedule and guidance with responsibilities and milestones
- To play an active and leadership migration role
- Maintain awareness on migration technologies, tools and techniques
- Integrate and use migration methodologies
- Be responsible for migration work planning, distribution and coordination.
- Support the project managers to perform project estimation, budget management, formulate project delivery strategies, establish milestones/schedules, maintain & report migration status, and monitor progress of all team members.
- Support the project managers by participating in discussions to determine project prioritization and be accountable for bringing migration on time, within budget and scope
- Advise senior management on migration capability and risk
- Participation in SAP presales, solution and client interaction activities
- To keep contact with the customer and understand the customer needs
- Direct communication and close collaboration with the customer and internal teams
- To conduct workshops with client and project teams
- To achieve a high level of customer's satisfaction

Job Requirements

- University degree in Computer Science, computer engineering, Electrical engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years’ experiences in SAP business and technology consulting
- S4 Hana Migration experiences on application level
- S4 Hana Migration Cockpit experiences
- Knowledge of business processes covered by some of SAP functional domains
- Fluent in Slovak AND English
- Interpersonal skills, Teamwork and Collaboration
- Flexible and able to take challenges and ownership
- Knowledge of ITIL, experience in Service Management are welcome
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Service and customer-oriented behavior and communication

University education (Bachelor's degree)
