Your mission:
This is more than sales; you will play a fundamental role in our success by generating new leads and business opportunities to fuel our growth. You will be working closely with our leadership team to create and execute go-to market and sales strategies, grow our pipeline and customer base, establish and actively manage existing relationships and use your skills and expertise to close new deals and identify new opportunities in existing accounts.

This will require an individual who is independent and driven, thrives on exceeding quotas with

style, but who is also very customer minded and can act as the trusted advisor of our customers. You will be at the forefront representing our business, brand and values, helping our prospects and customers understand our services and Salesforce.

You have experience in Technology sales ideally in selling platform services with a track record of hitting quotas. You have deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and a strong network of relationships within Salesforce.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

German - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

4+ years of experience in Technology sales, previous experience in selling platform services is a big plus
Excellent track record in pipeline generation and pipeline conversion
Ambitious to identify and qualify new opportunities leveraging inbound leads, personal prospecting efforts, contacts and existing accounts
Experience running a full sales cycle and closing new business
Strong network of relationships within Salesforce
Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem
Customer centric approach to engagements
Ability to develop and utilize pre-existing network of contacts in the region
Passion for developing long lasting customer relationships
Strong problem-solving skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
Excellent spoken and written English and German, another language is a big plus
Self-Organised and goal driven
Experience and desire to work within a start-up environment
Comfortable with travel in the region
