Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Role will be responsible for the quality of the company product meets our client production quality objectives, maintaining the company quality systems in line with ISO9001, and other relevant standards. The role will be also responsible for the identification and development of continuous improvement projects.

Requirements for the employee
• University education in technical field (Bachelor's degree or Master degree)
• minimum 1 year work experience in the role as Quality Supervisor (IMM)
• English - Advanced or fluent
• Ability to lead people
• Ability to manage daily task of incoming/outcoming quality and requirements towards customer/supplier
• Open mind person to find process improvement

Personality requirements and skills

• To ensure daily contact with customer/supplier about quality claims
• To ensure new project/product launch into production into serial production and activities related to this.
• To manage, control, analyse, improve and report daily, weekly, monthly status of quality (KPI’s)
• To manage QMS
• To create and update work instruction, quality alerts and QCP
• To provide assistance to overcome production, assembly and process problems. Periodic reporting of quality services, including recommendations for further actions.
• Set up audits on production line on a regular basis and track action plan.
• Support purchasing department to evaluate the technical and production capacity of potential suppliers to meet the company quality requirements.
• Provide advice on the acceptance or rejection of incoming materials and components, implementing and following corrective actions with the supplier.
• Work closely with Plant Management team to identify and solve quality issues, on short and permanent term
• Drive continuous improvement programs in Plant, involving Management team and shopfloor
• To responsible for internal and external audit
• To report plant manager
