  • Place of work: Budapest, Hungary (Job with occasional home office)
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 850 EUR/monthcafeteria according to Hungarian law, product bonus, performance bonus scheme for agents
  • Start date: 08.08.2022
  • Contract type: full-time, part-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Tasks:
Handle inbound customer contacts including but not limited to phone and email
Use resources to answer questions and resolve concerns promptly and courteously in verbal or written form
Follow-up on customer service issues
Capture customer feedback
Prepare and inform Wellness Advocates about promotions and products
Adhere to schedule and meet department performance standards

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1) or Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Office 365 - Basic
