Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team.
The main goal of this position is to drive business growth within the company and develop a network of contacts to attract new clients in the CEE & DACH market.
Responsibilities:
• New business prospecting and development, including development of new customers and sales leads, setting-up accounts, and deepening relationships
• Act as the point of contact between the company and internal/external clients
• Schedule meetings, answer phone calls and emails, and manage calendars
• Develop proposals and presentations for new customers to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
• Present sales presentations to internal and external customers through Zoom or Google Meet
• Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating proposal requirements with business operations
• Work with all departments (Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance, IT) to ensure a quick and smooth launch on business development initiatives
• Become an expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
