Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are recruiting a IT Local Support Analyst for our IT team in Vienna, Austria.

Key areas of responsibility:
- Being the main contact for all IT issues, especially the following: Microsoft 365 and special software used in the law firms (e.g. Document Management System), PC hardware, multi-purpose devices, basics of network technology (patching), mobile devices (iOS) and providing technical support for video conferencing systems and presentation systems;
- Installing new hardware and software, administration of existing applications, LAN support;
- Troubleshooting, developing of possible solutions;
- Starter/leaver processes in cooperation with the HR and Office Management;
- Providing user trainings, cooperation in IT projects.

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education

Educational Specialization

Technical education in IT or similar qualification

Language skills

German - Advanced (C1) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Your profile:

- Technical education in the field of IT or similar qualification (desirable) as well as basic knowledge of network technology;
- Career changer with passion for IT welcome;
- First practical experience in IT support and with ticket systems (preferably Service Now)(desirable);
- Strong skills in Windows and Microsoft 365 as well as support of these applications;
- Very good communication skills and great sense of responsibility and teamwork skills;
- Proficient language skills in German (min. Level C1) and very good knowledge of English (min. Level B2) are required;
- Flexibility as well as a solution- and customer-oriented way of working complete your profile.
