The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures for Bratislava location and branches in Košice, Žilina, Zvolen and Nitra, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The Office Manager is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures and inventory control, accross:
• Fleet Management - Car policy management and reporting, management of carpool, vehicle ordering, leasing and financing. Management of company car log books - 40+ and all administration.
• General Office Administration - Including being the face of the company for company visits, co-ordinating office activities and operations, keeping stock of office supplies, be the contact for the Landlord and office service providers, managing company mobile accounts.
• Business Travel - Be the support contact for all employees regarding the business travel procedure and AMEX card administration.
• HR - Support the HR function with onboarding new employees.
• SRM/SAP - IT accessories supplies management, including creating shopping cart / control of the incoming invoices and Cost breakdown.
• Other - Organising company events, preperation of materials for meetings, presentations etc., sales support.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Personality requirements and skills

Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role (min one year).

Experience in the following topics is essential:
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Independence, reliability, flexibility, professionalism, loyalty, knowledge of Accounting and/or HR and/or GDPR an advantage
• Experience with SAP an advantage
• Excellent organizational skills
• Fluent local language written and spoken in professional manner
• Advanced English to communicate with various departments even outside of Slovakia
• PC literacy and very good knowledge and application of the relevant tools and methods, e.g. MS Office and Office management software
