Job description, responsibilities and duties

Purpose of the job:
Providing reporting solutions for internal customers within Deutsche Telekom Group.

Job description, responsibilities, and duties:
• Dataset preparation - KPI calculation, query building (e.g. iCubes, Tabular models, SQL, AfO,
SAP HANA Studio)
• Report visualisation in frontend tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, ThinkCell, PowerBI,
MicroStrategy, SAP Analytical Cloud)
• Performing monthly delivery of complex reporting products
• Quality assurance – logical and technical checks implementation, deltas verification (KPI
validation process)
• Performing of report changes and rebuilds (e.g. YE conversion, changes in reporting and
business structures)
• Driving process improvements, automation, digitalization, efficiency
• Active participation on projects, preparing of presentations for management
• Training activities within the team on certain topics and processes
• Working in international teams

The salary for this position is from 1400 gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Economics/Accounting/Business
Informatics or Information Technology

2 years of relevant experience (reporting/controlling/analysis/BI tools)

Language knowledge:
• English (fluent) and German (beneficial)

Reporting skills:
•Data Warehousing (ability to collect data from different information sources) - advanced
•Data Analytics (interpretation and classification of data; ability to process and present data to the recipient in an intelligible format) - advanced
•Concept Development (focus on an end-to-end perspective; from idea to implementation) - basic

PC/IT skills:
MS Excel – advanced
BI tools: Data analysis tools (e.g. Analysis for Office, MS Access, SQL) – advanced
Data visualization tools (e.g. PowerPoint, ThinkCell, PowerBI, MicroStrategy, SAP Analytical Cloud, etc.) – basic
SAP (especially Modules FI/CO/BW/BI/FC) – beneficial

Other skills:

Processing of selected tasks within procurement area for companies belonging to Deutsche Telekom group.
