Job description, responsibilities and duties

Job content:
- Payment allocation
- Manual Clearing of payments
- Reporting activities
- Support for collection topics (via ticketing tool and E-Mail)
- Customer documentation management
- Dunning action support
- Customer service requests support (via ticketing tool without a hotline)
- Work on other ad-hoc and regular requests/tasks
- Participation in project work
- Knowledge retention
- Identification of areas for process improvement and automation
- Performing of high complex tasks
- Fostering of team work and efficient collaboration within the team
- Ability to cover and deputize within the team and across teams in the department
- Support of team Supervisor and Teamlead

The salary for this position is from 1500 gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

- Κατανομή εισπράξεων
- Εκκαθάριση πληρωμών
- Reporting
- Υποστήριξη στην είσπραξη απαιτήσεων μεσω E-mail και Τicketing Tool.
- Διαχείριση αρχείου πελατών
- Ενέργειες για τη διασφάλιση των εισπράξεων
- Υποστήριξη και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μέσω Ticketing Tool και οχι μέσω τηλεφωνικής γραμμής επικοινωνίας
- Μεθοδικότητα, αποτελεσματικότητα στα καθημερινά καθήκοντα και ad hoc αναφορών όταν ζητηθούν με προτεραιότητα
- Συμμετοχή σε project
- Διατήρηση και οργάνωση των εκπαιδευτικών αρχείων του τμήματος
- Προσδιορισμός και βελτίωση συστημάτων αυτοματοποίησης
- Ικανότητες αποτελεσματικής διεκπεραίωσης εργασιών
- Ομαδικό πνεύμα συνεργασίας
- Ικανότητα καλυψης των εργασιών των μελών της ομάδας και άλλων ομάδων του τμήματος
- Υποστήριξη του Supervisor και του Team Leader

Language knowledge:
- Greek – understanding of written text (fluency in spoken language is not necessary),
- English – fluent,
- Slovak or Czech- beneficial

MS Office:
- PowerPoint – beginner
- Excel – advanced
- Word – beginner

- SAP FI/AR/ - advantage
- CRM – Siebel/advantage
