Job description, responsibilities and duties
Purpose of the job:
Professionally and disciplinary steering of the respective team
Job content:
• Hire, lead, promote and develop the team
• Ensure delivery of services/solutions to clients in agreed quality and quantity structure according agreed contracts and internal KPI
• Monitor and review KPIs with customer (performance and quality)
• Active identification of process improvement measures and drives their implementation
• Participate in escalation management
• Set up regular communication channels internally and externally
• Contribute to financial transparency of organization
• Support other projects e.g transitions
• Participate on ICS controls
• Work on other ad-hoc and regular requests/ tasks
The salary for this position is from 1700 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

Experience:
• Several years of experience in business service centers
• Knowledge of accounting standards and practices with focus on O2C, AR processes
• Experience with process optimization/standardization
• Previous leadership experience is beneficial
Language knowledge: Slovak (fluent), English (B2), German (B2)
PC/IT skills:
Experience with SAP (especially Modules SD/FI) beneficial
MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) advanced
