Job description, responsibilities and duties

Purpose of the job:

▪ Technology Governance:
o Shape DTSE IT Landscape and Business Architecture.
o Provides professional consulting and proposals in the area of expertise (technology
trends, IT landscape, landscape optimization).
o Initiating the assessment of as is landscape.
o Evaluation and realisation of landscape improvements to ensure cost reduction and
increase of efficiency and/or quality.
o Driving decisions to target landscape.
o Exchanging with other Deutsche Telekom entities.
o Providing ideas for the new platforms and retirements and ensuring the execution.
▪ Technology Institute:
o Supports the team by providing professional consulting and bringing the ideas for
new tools, assessments and technologies.
o Supports the market research, market comparison with other shared service centres
and companies.
▪ Support the innovation of DTSE:
o Supports to define the innovation targets of DTSE.
▪ Close contact to IT Partner.
▪ Cooperates with and supports other projects running in DTSE

The salary for this position is from 3000 gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

▪ Understand and assess emerging technologies to shape the DTSE Technology landscape:
▪ Any 2-3 from:
o Understanding of Future Architecture
o Experience with data analytics/ data lake
o Integration platforms (Microservice, API, SoaBP)
o Automation tools (Front End Assistant).
o Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (KNIME, ABBYY).
o Process Mining tools (Celonis
