Job description, responsibilities and duties

Reports to:
Disciplinary to Head of CUF International
Functionaly to respective couterpart

Purpose of the job:
Professionally and disciplinary steering of the respective team

Job content:
• Hire, lead and manage the team (process management) and be the first point of contact for the team and outside
• Support the team spirit and continuous development of knowledge and skills.
• Cooperate in projects, incl. identifying process optimization, opportunities and tasks in relevant fields and drives their implementattion
• Creates clear structure, interfaces and responsibilities within the team and ensures efficient communication within the team and outside
• Deliver services/solutions to clients in agreed quality and quantity structure according agreed contracts and internal KPI
• Monitor and review KPIs with customer (performance and quality)
• Participate in escalation management
• Set up regular communication channels internally and externally
• Contribute to financial transparency of organization
• Support other projects e.g transitions
• Participate on ICS controls if needed
• Any other tasks assigned by the functional superior

The salary for this position is from 1900 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and German - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Economy/Accounting

Several years of experience in business service centers
Experience in leading is beneficial

Language knowledge:
English (fluent) and German (fluent)

PC/IT skills:
Experience with SAP (especially Modules SD/FI) beneficial
MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) advanced

Processing of selected tasks within procurement area for companies belonging to Deutsche Telekom group.
