Job description, responsibilities and duties

Job Content:

• Support of internal communication activities based on the communication strategy
• Maintain and further develop selected internal communication channels (mainly: TV screens, intranet, newsletters)
• Support communiaction team (prepare presentations and reports, cooperate on event preparation, translations, administrative tasks)
• Prepare content for internal communication channels (articles in Slovak and English language, graphics, vlogs...)
External communication
• Prepare content for external communication channels (articles in Slovak and English language, graphics, vlogs...)
• Update external channels (external web site, career page) based on the communication strategy
• Cocreate content for social media
• Support the organisation of events

The salary for this position is from 5,5Eur/hour.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Advanced (C1) and English - Advanced (C1)

Experience in the position/sector

Students of Marketing, PR, Communication, Journalism or other related field.

Personality requirements and skills

Education: University student (marketing, PR, communication or other relevant field)

Experience: relevant experience is an advantage

Language knowledge:
Slovak - Advanced (C1)
English - Advanced (C1)

PC skills:
Microsoft Excel – basics
Microsoft Word – advanced
Microsoft Outlook - advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint – advanced
Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills are an advantage

Other requirements:
• Language skills: excellent writing - English and Slovak
• Presentation and organizational skills
• HTML / CMS skills are advantage
• Proactive, creative and independent worker with can do attitude
• Well organized person

Brief description of the company

Processing of selected parts of accounting for the T-Systems and Deutsche Telekom subsidiaries in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, UK, Spain, Portugal, France, Belgium, Italy, the Netherlands, Hungary. Processing of selected tasks within procurement area for companies belonging to Deutsche Telekom group.
