Job description, responsibilities and duties

Reports to: CUF Head of Service line

Purpose of the job:
Supports Customer Finance Leadership team through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

Job content:
• Acting as the point of contact between the leadership team and internal or external colleagues
• Coordinate communication within Service line and produce reports and presentations
• Organize calendar (incl. attendance reporting), arrange meetings and appointments for Head of Service Line
• Organize business trip – plan and administrate journeys
• Plans, organizes and actively provides support in department meetings and events within Service Line
• Responsible for operative running of department, back office (secures office supplies, catering and other sevices)
• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
• Organisation and execution of administrative Tasks
• Work on other ad-hoc and regular requests/tasks

The salary for this position is from 1050 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

Education:
University degree (Bachelor or Master)

Language knowledge:
English (C1) and German (B1)

PC skills:
MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) - advanced

Other skills:
• Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills
• Structured and independent work approach and analytical skills
• Proficiency in collaboration, delegation of duties and ability to identify efficiency potentials for working effectively
• Friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a team
• Good interpersonal skills
• 2+ years of experience as an assistant reporting directly to senior management
